Your role
Reporting to the Head of the Rental Department, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring your business portfolio in an independent and high-quality manner:
• Prospecting and developing a client portfolio
• Taking on rental mandates
• Managing and monitoring a tenant/landlord database
• Providing personalised advice and support to clients
• Negotiating, drafting and performing administrative tasks until the keys are handed over
Your profile
You have good interpersonal skills, are dynamic, responsive, motivated, curious, well-presented and have a good general knowledge. You enjoy competition and are a team player. Significant experience in a sales and/or real estate role is preferred.
• Experienced estate agent or IPI trainee
• You have excellent customer service skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to work independently in a demanding environment
• Rigorous, organised and able to manage a project from start to finish
• Prospecting and negotiation are an integral part of your motivation
• Fluency in French and English is essential
• Knowledge of Dutch is an asset
