The Belgian government recently took a crucial decision by approving the extension of VAT at 6% on demolitions and reconstructions of flat projects; for buyers meeting the criteria.
This measure, which will apply until the end of 2024, is intended for construction projects for which planning permission was submitted before July 2023, which is the case for the projects sold by our agency.
