Junot accelerates its international development by acquiring the Belgian group Victoire Properties, founded and led for 30 years by Jean and Pascale Corman.
Interview with Jean Corman and Sébastien Kuperfis.
Jean Corman, can you share with us the history and pillars of Victoire Properties, from its creation to its current development as a leader in the Brussels real estate market?
After working in notary services and at the bar, I was in charge of credit for property developers at Anhyp bank. This experience gave me a passion for and expertise in residential real estate in Brussels.
In 1993, I founded Victoire Properties. Our ambition was to offer quality service to a targeted clientele, primarily expatriates settling in the European capital.
The Victoire Properties logo, a stork—a symbol of a migratory bird that travels between countries while always returning to its original nest—was chosen to echo the word "Victoire" in honor of our eldest daughter's name.
From the very beginning, we focused on expertise and advice, which allowed us to differentiate ourselves and build a loyal client base. Over the years, this approach has positioned us as a key player in the Brussels residential market.
Today, this family DNA remains deeply rooted, both internally, with our daughter Margaux leading the marketing department, and with our clients, some of whom are the children of our first clients!
